The current version processes PDF bank statements in your browser. Files are not uploaded to our server for conversion, and converted spreadsheets are generated locally in your browser session.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date, time, and basic diagnostic information. These logs help keep the website available and secure.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand basic website usage, such as page views, traffic sources, and privacy-safe product events like sample loaded, PDF parse completed, and export button clicked. Analytics events do not include PDF file names, bank statement contents, transaction rows, account numbers, or form message text. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to measure visits.

Bank statements can contain sensitive personal and financial information. Use this tool only on devices and networks you trust. Do not upload or share files you are not authorized to process.

Contact and conversion report forms are handled by the site hosting provider. Form submissions may include the name, email address, bank name, country, message text, and parser diagnostics that you choose to submit.

The conversion report form does not upload the PDF file or transaction data. Only include details you are comfortable sending through a web form.
