How do I convert a PDF bank statement to Excel?
Open the converter, upload a supported text-based PDF statement, review the extracted rows, then export XLSX, CSV, or JSON.
Are my bank statements uploaded?
The current converter reads supported PDFs in your browser. The PDF is not uploaded to our server for conversion.
Does it work with scanned bank statements?
Not yet. Scanned or image-only PDFs need OCR, which is on the roadmap. Text-based PDFs work best today.
Which banks are supported?
Coverage is being expanded bank by bank. The converter works best on text-based PDFs with clear transaction columns, and we prioritize banks requested through the report form.
What output formats are available?
The current beta exports XLSX, CSV, and JSON. Accounting-specific formats such as QBO, QFX, Xero CSV, MT940, and CAMT.053 are planned later.
Is it free?
Yes. The current public beta is free while bank coverage and conversion quality are being improved.
